A few months ago we set out to find a small house for my daughter in Columbia while she is attending school and beyond as a rental. I came into contact with Susan by accident, but maybe it wasn’t. Being that I’m in Texas, it was hard to make time to go see houses. She picked through them, did FaceTime calls , and met with me and my daughter on a particular Saturday to scour properties. She knows the neighborhoods, as well as the houses, and made recommendations based on the fact that my young daughter would be on her own, and helping us find the right house, in a good, safe and clean neighborhood. Susan helped through the entire process, and has relationships throughout the community for a banker, insurance, and who are reputable handymen and such.
