Susan Reeves is a Missouri Licensed REALTOR® and Broker-Salesperson with House of Brokers Realty. She leads a small real estate team that works collaboratively to ensure each client receives exceptional services and focused care. 

Susan is recognized among the top 2% of REALTORS nationally with the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) designation. The CRS® is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. It signifies advanced professional knowledge and participation among the ranks of the most accomplished agents and brokers in the U.S.

Susan is also an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®), which gives her an edge in representing buyer clients, as they navigate our challenging real estate market. It also gives her enhanced understanding in representing seller clients and positioning their homes to attract top offers from buyers.

Additionally, Susan has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation to increase her knowledge and skills in representing older adults. With a growing population of aging Americans, this special training is an asset because our housing needs change as we age.

Susan has achieved the Commitment to Excellence Endorsement (C2EX®) by the National Association of REALTORS®. This endorsement empowers REALTORS® to evaluate, enhance and showcase their highest levels of professionalism as industry leaders.

In 2022, Susan was awarded the Lawrence Bulgin Award by House of Brokers. The award is intended to be an inspiration for all House of Brokers REALTOR® members. The award recipient is chosen based on five categories: Professionalism/Ethics, Achievement, Participation, Education, and Creative Marketing.   

Susan has a strong background in marketing, sales and real estate development, both in Southern California and Mid-Missouri. Susan was born in Moberly, Mo., and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. She has called Columbia home since 1991. Susan enjoys spending time with family, helping others and growing professionally.
